Walking Together in Faith and Sacramental Grace
The Christian life begins at the baptismal font, is strengthened in Confirmation, and is continually nourished at the Eucharistic altar. In times of failing strength and sin, Christ meets us in Reconciliation and the Anointing of the Sick. In service to communion, He consecrated families in Matrimony and shepherds in Holy Orders.

1. Holy Baptism
The gateway to life in the Spirit and access to the other sacraments. Frees from original sin, confers rebirth as children of God, and incorporates into the Body of Christ.
2. Confirmation
Completes baptismal grace, seals the Christian with the special gift of the Holy Spirit, and equips the believer with the 7 gifts for missionary witness.
3. Holy Eucharist
The source and summit of Christian life. Contains truly, really, and substantially the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
4. Reconciliation
The sacrament of penance, confession, and divine forgiveness. Restores sanctifying grace, reconciles the sinner with God and the Church, and brings peace of conscience.
5. Anointing of the Sick
Conferring Christ’s healing grace, spiritual fortitude, peace, and the forgiveness of sins during serious illness, prior to surgery, or in the frailty of old age.
6. Holy Matrimony
The lifelong, sacred covenant between a baptized man and woman, ordered toward the good of the spouses and the procreation and Catholic education of children.
7. Holy Orders
The sacrament of apostolic ministry through which bishops, priests, and deacons are consecrated to shepherd, sanctify, and teach the flock of Christ.
